We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and improving the efficiency of our clients' businesses. **Responsibilities:** Develop, monitor, and consolidate the annual budget and short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts. Compare actual versus planned results (costs, expenses, and revenues), identify variances, and propose corrective actions. Expertise in implementing best practices, including preparing the annual budget and forecasts, analyzing actual versus planned results (costs, expenses, and revenues) on a monthly basis, identifying variances, and proposing actions to reconcile differences. Support accounting closings, prepare managerial reports (dashboards) and performance reports (KPIs) to facilitate management decision-making. Manage expenses through matrix management and translate the income statement (DRE) into trends and projections. Classify costs according to their origin and application, generating detailed expense and spending reports, and supporting cost control or reduction of bottlenecks across production processes. Serve as the liaison among all company departments for data consolidation and process improvement, guiding them, clarifying doubts regarding potential issues identified, and reviewing them when necessary, ensuring operational accuracy and avoiding interference with accounting and tax results. Previous experience as Controller Manager, Financial Coordinator, Accounting Coordinator, or Audit Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
