**Location: Cuiabá** – MT Industrial District **Stipend**: average of R$ 1\.800,00 **Work schedule**: 08:00 to 15:00 or to be agreed upon **Benefits**: Meals on site, stipend, and transportation allowance About the position We are seeking an organized and proactive Construction Intern to support construction monitoring and control through data and indicator management. This opportunity is ideal for students aiming to gain practical experience in construction planning, control, and management, directly supporting strategic operational decisions. Key responsibilities * Structure and standardize field team data collection; * Consolidate information into spreadsheets and systems; * Update schedule, cost, productivity, and physical progress indicators; * Support the development of dashboards and managerial reports; * Support construction planning and control; * Identify deviations between planned and actual performance; * Act as a liaison between the operational team and management. Requirements * Currently enrolled in: Civil / Production / Electrical Engineering; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong organizational skills and comfort with numbers and indicators; * Interest in future roles in construction planning and management. Preferred qualifications * Power BI knowledge; * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs); * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control.
