





Description: Academic Qualifications * Completed Higher Education in agricultural mechanization, engineering; * Postgraduate degree/specialization in agricultural machinery mechanics is desirable; Experience * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; Specific Knowledge: * Good writing skills and verbal fluency; * Communication ability and emotional balance; * Logical reasoning and basic knowledge of statistics and financial mathematics; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines in the field of expertise: planning and administration; * Knowledge of legislation and technical standards in the field of expertise: planning and administration; * Proficiency in software applications and computerized systems used in the field of expertise: Word, Excel, Outlook, and database usage. Other Requirements: * Class B Driver's License: Essential * Availability to work on weekends: Essential * Availability to travel: Essential Develop teaching plans and lesson plans according to the courses provided by the Institution; Deliver classes and training at the Institution's Operational Units, including in-company training, using explanatory, dialogic, and expository methods; Carry out complementary activities related to the development of teaching and learning processes; Design and implement practical and theoretical learning situations; Prepare and conduct practical workshops at social events; Develop teaching assessments according to classroom-taught content; Grade exams and record partial grades and final averages; Guide students during practical internships, assisting with project development and necessary corrections; Support and attend to students in clarifying general doubts; Develop didactic materials to be used in courses delivered by the Institution; Prepare lists of supplies required for practical class materials; Prepare lists of equipment and tools necessary for practical classes; Train students for participation in Olympiads and other competitive events; Provide technical consulting in partnership with STI when requested or necessary; Participate in Sectoral Technical Committees for the development and review of training pathways; Request and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment; Train service provider instructors in course delivery and adopted methodologies; Inspect and organize practical class laboratories, storage rooms, and supply warehouses; Develop items for SAEP within the area of expertise; Record the contents delivered in class into the standardized approved document; Perform other related duties as assigned by the hiring unit. 2510180202231816613
