Maintenance and updating of employee records An entrepreneurial company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Manaus (Tarumã Açu). **Responsibilities:** Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and other related activities in the hiring process. Conduct the onboarding process for new employees, introducing them to the company, its policies and procedures, and providing necessary information to support their adaptation. Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal data, benefits information, work hours records, among others.
