Job Summary: Responsible for serving individual (natural person) cooperative members, identifying their needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, marketing products and services, and managing the portfolio to ensure satisfaction and retention. Portfolio management aimed at satisfaction and customer retention **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Responsible for serving individual (natural person) cooperative members by identifying their needs and offering suitable financial solutions. Engage in marketing products and services, supporting branch operations, and managing the assigned portfolio to ensure member satisfaction, retention, and achievement of the cooperative's goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify business opportunities during interactions with current and potential cooperative members. * Offer products and services tailored to each cooperative member’s profile and needs. * Market financial products and services by presenting proposals, terms, and benefits. * Prospect new cooperative members and business opportunities, strengthening the cooperative’s outreach. * Manage the individual (natural person) cooperative member portfolio, monitoring performance, delinquency, and satisfaction levels. * Support the branch manager in internal processes by sharing information and best practices. * Ensure high-quality service and post-sales follow-up to promote retention and loyalty. * Conduct collections and support debt renegotiation in accordance with the cooperative’s internal policies. * Assist in preparing documentation for audits, credit analysis, and proposal formalization. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields is desirable. * ANBIMA CPA certification is desirable. * Experience in customer service and sales of products and services. * Interpersonal communication, organization, and planning skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions. * Experience managing individual (natural person) portfolios. * ANBIMA C-PRO R certification. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
