**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 Working Hours **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Conduct internal and external audits, identifying nonconformities and opportunities for improvement. Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and other quality-related documents. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness. Provide training and capacity-building sessions on quality standards and procedures for employees. Perform statistical data analysis to identify trends and propose process improvements. Stay updated on best practices and trends in the quality field, pursuing continuous improvement of internal processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of quality management systems with other organizational processes. Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators, presenting results to senior management. Act as a facilitator in resolving quality-related issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Relevant work experience. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
