Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing technical assistance services on vehicles, including assembly, inspection, and customer guidance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and productivity. Perform services in accordance with established vehicle delivery deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction; conduct quality tests to support the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Unit: Cometa Volkswagen.****\=** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development collaboratively (in pairs); * Receive customers and guide them regarding the operating conditions of vehicle components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed; * Assemble and inspect motorcycle accessories upon delivery and installation, in compliance with the manufacturer's manual; * Clean motorcycles as specified in the Service Order (OS) and according to procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
