Job Summary: We are seeking a milling specialist with strategic vision in maintenance and people management to optimize extraction processes and increase productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the shift operation of the mill and sector maintenance We are looking for an **expert** to work on the frontline of our production, combining technical knowledge of milling with strategic vision in maintenance and people management. As an expert, you will report directly to our Extraction Coordinator and Supervisor. **Your daily responsibilities for this role will include:** Conducting analysis and development activities for extraction processes (reception, preparation, and milling), applying appropriate data analysis policies, service release procedures, and field operation and maintenance monitoring. Identifying and proposing solutions for potential process failures, recording performance metrics and conducting comparative analyses, aiming to optimize the process and contribute to increased productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Monitoring and being responsible for a milling shift operation, analyzing extraction process variables, participating in planning and maintenance of the extraction sector during harvest and off-season periods.
