Opportunity for professional growth Position: Systems / Integration Analyst **Company:** World Net **Location:** Rio de Janeiro – RJ **Work Model:** On-site / Hybrid (to be determined) **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ About the position **World Net** is seeking a professional with a focus on software development and integrations, responsible for creating, supporting, and evolving technological solutions. The role involves working with APIs, data analysis, and support for critical systems, as well as opportunities to learn about CCTV and HikCentral solutions. Main Responsibilities * Advanced technical support (Level N2/N3) * Development and maintenance of integrations via APIs (REST, Webhooks, API Gateway) * Creation of scripts for data processing and analysis (Python / SQL) * Monitoring of critical systems * Development and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Grafana, Kibana) * Incident management and resolution * Integration with CCTV systems Technical Requirements * Experience with APIs (REST, Webhooks, etc.) * Knowledge of Python and SQL * Experience troubleshooting production environments * Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana) * Basic understanding of networks and servers Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Power BI (DAX, ETL) * Knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript * Experience with tools such as Jira and Zendesk * Experience in telecommunications or critical environments * Knowledge of CCTV and HikCentral (not mandatory) Education * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields Desired Profile * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving orientation * Interest in software and CCTV technologies * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams What We Offer * Participation in relevant projects * Technical and challenging work environment * Opportunity to learn about CCTV * Opportunity for professional growth Compensation: R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
