Create and refine menus A company in the healthy eating and fitness sector, located in Rio de Janeiro, focused on producing balanced, nutritious, and convenient meals, is seeking a Head Chef with leadership qualities, strategic vision, and passion for healthy gastronomy to oversee operations and support brand growth. The company serves a clientele that values quality of life, well-being, and mindful eating, offering products made with selected ingredients and high nutritional value, within a dynamic environment that emphasizes organization, agility, and excellence. Main responsibilities: lead, develop, and train the kitchen team; ensure quality standards, flavor, and presentation of dishes; create and refine menus; develop and update technical specifications; control cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, inventory, and procurement; implement and monitor processes; ensure good handling practices and food safety; collaborate with management to achieve results.
