Administrative support to other departments Position: Receptionist (temporary coverage for vacation) Job Description We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive individual to work as a Receptionist—the company’s first point of contact for visitors, customers, and partners. This person will be responsible for delivering friendly, agile, and efficient service, as well as providing administrative support to other departments. Responsibilities * Answer and route phone calls and messages; * Greet and assist visitors and customers, ensuring professional service; * Monitor entry and exit of personnel; * Manage meeting room schedules; * Support administrative and operational routines; * Receive and forward correspondence; * Maintain an organized reception area. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite); * Professional demeanor and courtesy. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in this role; Knowledge of corporate customer service.
