Job Summary: A BI professional focused on multidimensional data modeling, report and dashboard development, and user requirement gathering. Key Highlights: 1. Working with dimensional modeling, ETL, data warehousing (DW), and OLAP 2. Development of management dashboards and indicator reports 3. Definition of development standards and best practices Description: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another Technology-related field; * Postgraduate degree in Data Analysis, in the case of undergraduate studies in exact sciences. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the activities mentioned above. Specific Knowledge: * Understanding of BI concepts, ETL, DW, OLAP, MOLAP, and dimensional modeling; * Entity-relationship modeling; * Strong database knowledge (MSSQL); * Experience building schema object layers (attributes, facts, metrics); * Proficiency in SQL; * Familiarity with BI tools and reporting tools. * Develop data models enabling multidimensional views for decision-making; * Gather user requirements by conducting interviews and collecting necessary information to define requirements; * Design, specify, and develop data models; * Define timelines and priorities for user requests through the Project Office/Project Manager; * Submit the overall scope, priorities, and pending request handling plan to the BI sponsor; * Build managerial control dashboards; * Develop indicator and metric reports; * Define development standards and best practices; * Propose solutions based on analysis of user demand scope, aligning it with the technological vision; * Support implementation processes, assist the operations team, and monitor delivered outcomes. 2512100202181203710
