Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to manage the operational efficiency and road safety of concessioned corridors, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting emergency situations. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Conduct patrols along the concessioned corridor and immediately and thoroughly report any event—including real-time weather conditions—to the Operations Control Center (CCO). * Respond to events such as incidents, accidents, and emergencies by implementing traffic signage, managing traffic flow, and assisting with lane clearance, among other tasks, to meet contractual performance indicators. * Provide mechanical assistance when vehicle breakdowns are minor; otherwise, immediately and thoroughly inform the CCO, identifying the resources required to deliver services promptly and comply with response and clearance timeframes specified in the concession agreement. * Ensure corridor operability by keeping it free of obstacles, branches, logs, shrubs, stones, dead animals, and any other objects obstructing visibility, traffic flow, or drainage. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * High school diploma * 1 year of specific experience and 2 years of general experience **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle practices. * The opportunity to join a dynamic workplace guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
