The HR Analyst role works in direct collaboration with the Human Resources Business Partner and leadership teams to ensure an excellent experience for our Associates and managers. Key job responsibilities What You’ll Do: Be a trusted partner for Associates * Serve as a point of reference for Associates, providing support and helping\-them navigate HR tools, policies, and processes. * Promote inclusion by creating a welcoming and respectful environment where everyone feels heard and valued. * Support new hires from day one, ensuring a smooth, positive, and memorable onboarding experience. * Accurately analyze HR data, trends, and metrics while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. * Collaborate across departments to continuously improve our processes and tools. * Monitor organizational climate and contribute to planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. * Identify and escalate urgent issues to ensure agile resolution. * Maintain compliance with local labor laws and Amazon’s internal policies. * Leverage technology to enhance the Associate experience when using self-service tools and AI-powered HR resources, and share feedback to continuously improve the Associate experience. * Partner with HR and Operations leaders to support a positive organizational culture. About the team The People, Experience, and Technology (PXT) team seeks individuals who can balance empathy and efficiency in a high-volume environment, have a passion for helping people, and possess familiarity with HR systems and digital tools (or willingness to learn).
