Handle diverse internal and external requests Executive Assistant: C\-Level \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Collaboration with the Manager: * Manages and optimizes the manager's time autonomously: handles all matters within appropriate deadlines (including travel arrangements, documents, files, reporting, budget follow-up). * Develops the entity's annual calendar, taking into account all Group and entity deadlines. * Organizes meetings and seminars (logistics, participants, content), proposes relevant agendas, collects necessary information from internal clients \- partners, prepares materials accurately, participates as a member of the Management Team, drafts and distributes minutes, and ensures follow-up on identified actions. * Consolidates and analyzes information required for the proper functioning of the entity, both internally and externally. * Initiates ad\-hoc meetings based on identified needs and internal \- external developments. * Reads the manager's emails, alerts the manager regarding important/urgent emails and required replies. * Directly handles the manager's emails. (Optional) Handling Requests: * Responds to internal \- external requests within deadlines and in accordance with Group values to ensure a positive image of the entity \- Group. * Prioritizes tasks and manages urgent matters while paying particular attention to potential impacts and tensions requiring mitigation. * Anticipates needs \- requests to contribute to the performance of the entity and the Group. Managing Projects: * Collects relevant information from entity teams, internal partners, and any other useful sources to prepare files required for the manager's activities. * Takes charge of additional missions \- projects in agreement with the manager. * Conducts purchases and assumes the role of delegated approver (optional) across various domains (ordering tools \- invoices, travel, etc.). * Monitors the entity's budget. (Optional) Animating the Assistant Network: * Collects and disseminates all information necessary for the activities of the Management Team's assistants (and more broadly, the attaché's network). * Organizes and facilitates exchange meetings and regular check-ins with the assistant team. * Performs hierarchical or functional management of assistants within the network. (Optional).
