




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting operational import/procurement activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, applicable legislation, and accurate documentation for international operations. Monitoring of procurement status and cross-departmental support Responsible for supporting operational activities related to import/procurement processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, current legislation, and proper documentation for international operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Update internal systems with process-related information * Assist in monitoring import/domestic procurement processes * Contact international suppliers * Request and track payments to local and international suppliers * Request courier-based collection of international orders * Monitor procurement/cargo status and update the system accordingly * Track domestic and international purchases until supplier confirmation of shipment/availability * Assist in meeting customer delivery deadlines * Provide cross-departmental support (Sales, Quality, and Logistics) in resolving pending issues **Mandatory Requirements:** + Completed or currently enrolled (from the 6th semester onward) undergraduate degree in International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration with focus on International Trade, or related fields + Basic knowledge of import and domestic procurement routines + Familiarity with international and domestic documentation + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) + Fluent or intermediate English**Desirable:** + Familiarity with customs legislation**Behavioral Competencies** + Organization and attention to detail + Ability to work collaboratively in teams + Strong communication skills + Proactivity + Ability to manage deadlines**Differentiators** + Prior experience in international trade + Knowledge of fiscal classification (NCM)
