We seek professionals with a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and interest in working on projects that integrate software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. Employment Type: CLT. Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid (to be determined). Objectives: Develop Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to real product challenges, spanning from exploratory data analysis through model validation and experimentation. Responsibilities: * Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering. * Develop and validate Machine Learning models. * Work with NLP and language models where applicable. * Design experiments and evaluate model performance. * Collaborate with ML Engineers to deploy models into production. * Communicate results and technical limitations to the product team. Requirements: * Solid foundation in statistics and Machine Learning. * Practical experience with Python. * Experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit\-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow). * Experience with SQL. * Experience with applied NLP. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with LLMs. * Experience with embeddings and semantic similarity. * Experience building simple APIs to serve models. * Experience with data orchestration tools.
