For more information, visit Worley.com We are seeking a **Senior Instrumentation Engineer**: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related fields), with experience in construction projects and on-site technical supervision. * Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical standards, and construction processes. Analytical ability, technical autonomy, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, and problem-solving skills in a construction environment. * Experience in change management, quality control, and interface coordination between construction and engineering is desirable. Preference for candidates residing in Itaboraí or other cities in Rio de Janeiro state. Work location: Boa Ventura Energy Complex. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical supervision of construction works, ensuring execution complies with engineering designs, technical specifications, applicable standards, and requirements related to quality, safety, schedule, and cost. * Analyze interferences, deviations, and field adjustment needs; propose and validate technical solutions in coordination with engineering, construction, and inspection teams. Participate in technical meetings, support on-site decision-making, track non-conformities, manage change requests and technical records, and ensure accurate updating of technical documentation and “as-built” drawings.
