




Job Description: Relevant work experience in the position/function; Completed high school education / incomplete higher education; Excellent oral and written communication skills when interacting with customers, partners, and suppliers; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of TOTVS, Alterdata Payroll, Time Tracking, and Banking systems. * Calculate and manage transportation vouchers and request issuance and reloading of transportation cards according to working business days; * Calculate and manage meal vouchers and request issuance and reloading of VR cards according to working business days; * Calculate and manage food vouchers, request issuance and reloading of VR cards, and verify eligibility for receipt; * Manage life insurance records and submit monthly updates of employee data to the insurance company/broker; * Manage health and dental plan enrollments and terminations, and record corresponding monthly premium and co-payment deductions in the payroll system; * Update ASO (Occupational Health Certificates) in the payroll system and monitor expiration deadlines and limits in coordination with Occupational Safety; * Update employee registration data, including address, dependents, contact information, etc.; * Maintain and manage the electronic time clock system, and integrate overtime hours, absences, late arrivals, and night shift premiums into the payroll system; * Track non-working hours for absenteeism analysis; * Receive sales incentive amounts from the administrative department and request payment of sales bonuses; * Manage service provider contracts and request invoice payments from the finance department; * Monitor and issue warnings and suspensions to track employees’ behavioral history; * Maintain and configure the time clock device; * Request office supplies, equipment, and necessary consumables for department operations; * Calculate on-call hours and record them appropriately in the payroll system. 251129020218585467
