Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency We seek an Administrative Assistant to work in the Occupational Health area, focusing on managing the accredited network of partner clinics. The primary responsibility will be retrieving occupational examination results within contractual deadlines and ensuring all documents are correctly uploaded into the company's system. The professional will be a\-key operational player, ensuring efficient information flow among accredited clinics, internal teams, and clients. Responsibilities: Retrieve occupational examination results from the accredited network, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Actively follow up with service-providing clinics to obtain pending results. Organize, verify, and upload examinations into the company's internal system. Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets, generating performance indicators and data for client presentations. Maintain clear and effective communication with partners and internal teams to resolve pending items. Support general administrative tasks within the department. Requirements: Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate studies in progress are desirable. Previous experience in administrative routines (an advantage if in occupational health or clinic settings). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data entry, organization, and tracking). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining deadline control.
