Responsibilities and Duties * Perform administrative support tasks, such as preparing spreadsheets, reports, and various documents; * Handle telephone, in-person, and email inquiries, providing information and routing requests; * Manage and archive physical and digital documents; * Enter and verify data in internal systems and control spreadsheets; * Assist in managing office supplies and purchase requests; * Support accounts payable and receivable processes (issuing and verifying invoices, bank slips, receipts, etc.); * Support HR routines, such as attendance tracking, benefits administration, and organizing employee documentation (where applicable); * Assist the department in organizing meetings, internal events, and schedules; * Comply with the company’s administrative policies and procedures.
