Responsibilities and Duties * Perform analysis and validation of registration documents, ensuring all documents (CRLV, CNH, contracts, proof of address) are complete, legible, and compliant with the association's established criteria, guaranteeing information accuracy. * Evaluate the quality of submitted photos and data, verifying adherence to technical criteria. Request adjustments or additional information when necessary. * Navigate platforms swiftly and integrally, skillfully operating multiple digital tools and systems simultaneously, ensuring workflow agility and timely handling of daily tasks. * Maintain productivity with agility and deadline control, managing multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing effectively, and sustaining high performance * even under high-demand conditions, without compromising quality. * Provide support and clarifications to partner departments, promptly addressing requests from consultants and internal teams, delivering clear information regarding * registration status and necessary guidance for corrections. * Generate managerial reports based on registration data to assist immediate leadership.
