You will provide direct support, resolve requests, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement of our services. The Junior Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for handling customer requests, assessing their complexity, and, if necessary, clearly and objectively escalating them to the production team. You must deliver efficient responses with empathy and gentle communication, fostering a positive customer experience.
