




Job Summary: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in Occupational Health, conducting hearing assessments, specifying hearing protection equipment, and delivering training. We are looking for a **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our **Occupational Health** team in the **Bocaina/SP** region. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:** * Assess the hearing of employees whenever assigned activities expose them to noise levels above the action level established by regulation; * Specify appropriate hearing protection equipment (HPE) for employees based on noise levels indicated in the Risk Assessment Program (PGR) or the Risk Assessment Program for Thermal and Noise Risks (PGRTR); * Conduct external acoustic meatus assessments where indicated; * Deliver training to individuals eligible for the Hearing Conservation Program (PCA) at least once every 12 months; * Fulfill all activities outlined in the standard PCA schedule; * Evaluate program effectiveness through analysis of the PCA Analytical Report, as required at the end of the harvest year. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; * Active CRFa (Federal Council of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology) registration; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Prior experience in occupational audiometry is desirable; * Familiarity with the Hearing Conservation Program (PCA) is a plus; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), minimum category B; * Mobility to work in the Bocaina/SP region on a fully on-site basis, serving the Santa Cândida unit for 14 hours per week. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further describe daily responsibilities and challenges.
