Responsibilities and assignments: * Architecture Design and Evolution * Create and maintain business and technology architectures (As Is / To Be). * Document solutions using models such as C4Model. * Technical and Strategic Governance * Define the technical scope of strategic projects. * Ensure compliance with corporate and security standards. * Cloud & Infrastructure * Lead the migration of on-premise solutions to cloud (Oracle Retail). * System Integrations and Communication * Development Standards * Promote the use of SOLID, TDD, DDD, and Clean Architecture. * Support technical decisions alongside development teams. * Data, Security, and High Availability * Define data architecture and DevSecOps practices. * Ensure scalability, resilience, and high availability. * Decision Support and Communication * Support Product Owners and Project Managers in technical and strategic decisions. * Participate in technical forums. Requirements and qualifications: Experience implementing Oracle Retail, especially migrating from on-premise to cloud. Experience designing business and technology architectures; Experience defining and elaborating technical scope for strategic business and IT projects; Experience developing As Is – To Be roadmaps; Experience with cloud providers (*AWS, Azure*, or *GCP) and adoption models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS*); Experience with event-driven, *orchestration*, and *choreography*-based process flows; Solid experience with development patterns such as *SOLID* and *TDD*; Cloud computing and DevSecOps concepts; Microservices architecture vision; General understanding of infrastructure as code; Implementation experience with container-based and/or serverless solutions; Implementation experience with solutions using *Kafka* or *SNS* + *SQS*; Experience with high-availability and mission-critical systems; Basic knowledge of data governance and data architecture; Experience with relational and non-relational databases (document and key-value); Basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, firewalls, and servers.
