Conduct quantitative surveys to verify service measurements and field data, identifying needs and problems and proposing solutions, while enforcing strict compliance with safety regulations on construction sites. * Supervise execution of projects carried out by specialized contractors, coordinating with designers and/or internal technical departments to ensure correct interpretation of sketches, drawings, specifications, and technical definitions required for project progress. * Monitor interfaces between construction works and other technical disciplines—including commissioning, instrumentation, electricity, automation, telecommunications, and other specialties—to minimize conflicts among construction managers, technicians, and contractors, promoting clear, direct, and objective communication of project and construction information. * Verify controls for supply, storage, and preservation of various equipment and materials on-site, checking conformity with quantities and specifications outlined in the project, recommending acceptance or return based on technical criteria. * Inspect pre-assembly and assembly activities, evaluating project technical documentation (including cabling, quality records, and production phases), monitoring procedures and results obtained, and supervising testing execution prior to handover to commissioning. * Prepare and/or review checklists for construction, assembly, contractor conditioning, and commissioning phases, controlling issuance of commissioning reports—including test results and incident logs—prior to authorization for energization, with appropriate approvals from responsible technical personnel. * Maintain and require service providers to update technical documentation for projects, ensuring proper preparation and signing of daily construction logs and inclusion of mandatory entries in the Ministry of Labor’s official logbook, per applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Review and/or prepare incident reports, covering executed work, causes, consequences, facts, conclusions, and recommendations. Identify improper practices by suppliers and service providers, halting work when safety and quality conditions are not met, and issuing non-conformities as necessary. * Review technical reports and approve service measurements jointly with the construction manager and contractor, assessing physical progress against schedules and deliveries provided, contributing required documentation for technical project closure per the defined Delivery Plan. * Monitor and/or participate in scheduled network de-energizations for construction execution, per project schedule and grid operational rules, ensuring timely completion of services to avoid penalties such as the Variable Portion (PV). * Control and provide technical information on materials, equipment, and services for preparation of the Unitized Registration Report (RUC), ensuring delivery of “as-built” drawings from all contractors involved in the project, plus required documentation for regularization of surplus and returns of materials and equipment to warehouses or for disposal. * Evaluate, validate, and/or prepare Modifications to System Installation (MIS), verify issuance of System Impediment Requests (SIS), and withdraw Authorization for Service Execution (AES), ensuring their proper return by contracted companies and other stakeholders. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations; identify and report compliance risks; guide, raise awareness, and promote anti-corruption and anti-bribery topics; observe health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards; implement quality management and environmental protection systems; and use PPEs/collective protective equipment (PPE/CPE) where required by activity. * Operate vehicles when necessary, provided proper licensing and authorization—mandatory for performing job responsibilities—as well as perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor, compatible with knowledge and experience. * Supervise and ensure all workers employed by contracted companies possess mandatory documentation required under the Risk Management Program (PGR) and Occupational Health Surveillance Program (PCMSO), properly posted, validated, and approved in the contractor’s official document repository.
