Description: * Required: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Intermediate English; * AutoCAD / Civil 3D (advanced); * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite. * Desired: * Knowledge of SAP system; * Postgraduate degree / Specialization in Project Management; * MS Project (desirable). * Coordinate teams responsible for supporting procurement, monitoring, technical review, and approval of Projects—from the conceptual stage through basic and execution designs, construction methodology detailing, and as-built design—ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. * Identify optimal infrastructure solutions, technically detailing best practices and engineering solutions, always focusing on cost reduction, schedule compliance, and meeting quality parameters; * Support construction teams by defining action plans for key activities, evaluating alternatives, and seeking to maximize efficiency and use of technological innovations. * Lead the team in managing third-party companies for project development with the expected quality, within agreed timelines and costs; * Lead the team in obtaining project approvals and certifications from the Independent Auditor, Accredited Inspection Body, Regulatory Agency, and other granting authority bodies. * Prepare progress reports on key activities related to civil capex project implementation, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Pursue continuous improvement aimed at process standardization to minimize costs and reduce timelines. * Interact with internal and external clients and represent the Concessionaire in situations and matters delegated by the Board of Directors related to civil capex implementation services. * Consult the Concessionaire’s Operations and Maintenance Area to validate guidelines that support project development. * Collaborate efficiently and cohesively with the Integration and Interface team to ensure synergy, identify efficient alternatives, and mitigate project risks. * Provide ATO support throughout construction execution and Technical Room services. * Analyze, from the standpoint of compliance with the Execution Project and seeking the best possible technical solution, any necessary Addendum Agreements arising from design changes or field conditions; 2512310202491893881
