




Description: About the position:* Act as an Academic Supervisor, coordinating and monitoring academic activities to ensure teaching quality and compliance with institutional guidelines. Serve as the point of contact among students, faculty, and coordination, promoting an organized and efficient academic environment. Main responsibilities:* Supervise the development of academic activities, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational processes. * Monitor student and faculty performance, identifying support needs and areas for improvement. * Organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and academic events. * Ensure compliance with institutional rules and regulations related to teaching. * Prepare reports and academic performance indicators for management. * Mediate conflicts and resolve academic issues. Mandatory requirements:* Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Education, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of current educational norms and legislation. * Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills. * Proficiency in academic management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
