Responsibilities Ensure customer delight at all touchpoints. Ensure the quality of the patient success process. Implement and analyze satisfaction survey results (CSAT and NPS). Report any friction points identified to each department's leadership. Check alerts from the Electronic Medical Record system. Monitor patient care in person at the clinic during four high-volume service periods. Remind the doctor about updating the checkout price list; Fill out and update the patient tracking spreadsheet; Organize upsell actions (strategy of offering the customer a more complete or advanced version of the service they are already purchasing), according to context and needs Differentiators Previous experience in sales Previous experience in a medical clinic Minimum Education: High School (Secondary School) * Transportation allowance * Performance bonus
