You will also conduct internal data analysis to identify opportunities to improve team performance and respond to requests from the commercial team—including leading Q&A field routes when necessary. Additionally, you will ensure proper management of support processes and resources, guaranteeing that the team has appropriate tools, infrastructure, and materials, as well as handling administrative tasks related to reimbursements, accommodations, and other operational needs. **Leadership and Team Management** * Coordinate and engage the field team, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, principles, and goals. * Conduct training and refresher sessions, monitor individual and collective performance, and address daily operational issues. **Research Quality and Processes** * Monitor and oversee survey execution, ensuring accuracy in image recognition. * Conduct quality-assurance field visits with the team using a quality checklist, evaluating results and identifying improvement opportunities. * Analyze internal processes and propose adjustments to increase efficiency and data reliability. **Interaction with the Commercial Team** * Address questions and requests from the commercial team, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. * Join field visits with the commercial team to support clarification of INE concepts and practices. **Administrative and Operational Management** * Manage administrative routines related to digital time tracking, expense reports, mileage logs, mobile phone management, and other support resources. * Ensure the team has the necessary infrastructure and materials to carry out field activities. **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
