**Brief Description**
Perform auxiliary, advisory, and instrumental activities required to execute the technical project processes for the Unit's products and services.
**Responsibilities**
**Support for Technical Project Activities:** This service includes: controlling the entry and exit of documentation prepared/reviewed by the contracted company; registering and updating documents within the Company's internal system: Technical Information and Documentation System \- SINDOTEC; supporting the analysis of standards related to the organization, routing, and handling of technical documentation in the Management Department; managing, controlling, and archiving project documentation records on the server; physical and electronic (Data\-Books and CDs) control of documents received by Headquarters Departments via “GRDT” (Technical Documentation Dispatch Guide); forwarding documents to the responsible parties for documents sent by contractors, which are then reviewed by those parties; updating spreadsheets tracking documents received from contractors; sending documents reviewed by the Management Department’s Technical Support responsible parties back to the contractor to fulfill requested actions; supporting the search for required documents for verification/analysis to meet requester needs; supporting reviews of general drawings/documents (flowcharts, isometrics, data sheets, document lists), as needed by the requester.
**Work Schedule and Location**
14x14 shift (14 days working, 14 days off) in Urucu \- Coari; work must be performed every day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, according to established schedules from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., in compliance with applicable legislation.
**Minimum Education Level, Qualifications, and Certifications**
Technical level: Building Construction;
Registration with the Professional Regulatory Council.
**Required Experience**
Minimum 2 years of experience.
**Required Knowledge**
SAP applications;
Intermediate-level computer skills.
Salary: R$5\.037,50 \+ 30% hazard pay
