If you enjoy working in a team, easily interact with diverse audiences, and want to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in drafting and reviewing internal and external announcements; * Organize and provide logistical support for corporate events; * Conduct vendor quotations and monitor suppliers; * Interact and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and employees; * Manage documents, spreadsheets, and administrative processes within the department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration from the 4th semester onward; * Strong writing and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); * Organized, proactive, and responsible; * Ability to work in a team and handle multiple demands. **Preferred qualifications:** * Previous experience in events or internal communications; * Familiarity with design or text editing tools (Canva, WordPress, etc.). **Additional information** "*The YAMAHA Group has its own official channels to publish job opportunities.
