




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing management tools, supporting teams, identifying needs, and optimizing logistics and warehousing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Identify optimization opportunities in logistics and warehousing **Responsibilities:** * Develop management tools for the area's core activities and guide training for relevant personnel; * Support the management team in using performance management tools, assisting with identification of KPIs, monitoring and dissemination of results, and development of action plans; * Generate demand vs. capacity analysis and suggest containment actions or requirements for warehousing areas; * Identify discrepancies between systems and physical inventory, report deviations, and propose corrective measures; * Analyze requests for approval of new packaging and product palletization; * Identify the need for new projects related to management and process improvement within the company; * Participate in Logistics department projects involving cross-functional interfaces; * Share knowledge and train team members on the use of management tools and software; * Compare occupancy, inventory, purchasing, and importation metrics to identify warehousing optimization opportunities. **Requirements:** * Microsoft Office Suite; * 5S methodology. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of Inventory Methods, Warehousing and Materials Handling Techniques, Inventory Accuracy, Receiving/Warehousing, or similar topics; * Advanced Excel skills.
