Description: We are looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst to join our supply chain team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process for materials and services, ensuring appropriate quality, delivery timelines, and costs. Responsibilities: * Request and evaluate supplier quotations; * Negotiate prices and delivery timelines; * Monitor the procurement process from requisition to delivery; * Maintain the procurement system updated and well-organized; * Analyze and evaluate suppliers; * Develop suppliers and identify new business opportunities; * Participate in cost reduction and procurement process optimization projects. Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement; * Knowledge of negotiation and supplier analysis; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
