Assistance with administrative routines The candidate will be responsible for in-person and telephone reception services at the shopping mall's administration office, providing support to store tenants, suppliers, customers, and employees, as well as assisting with the department's administrative routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and telephone reception services at the administration office; Receive and direct store tenants, suppliers, service providers, and visitors; Handle customer service (SAC), providing information and routing requests; Create and update system registrations; Receive and forward correspondence, packages, and document control; Assist with meeting scheduling and room organization; Provide support for administrative department requests at the shopping mall. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Experience in customer service or reception roles.
