Opportunity to join a team that values human-centered care **We seek a professional who embodies the spirit of service, is organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.** **We appreciate curious professionals who constantly think of ways to do better.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily request delivery of OPMEs via email to respective suppliers, based on authorized Purchase Orders (POs), aligned with scheduled procedures; * Forward other flagged purchase orders to relevant departments, such as Pharmacy, Central Material Supply (CME), and Warehouse; * Ensure OPMEs are delivered efficiently and within the required timeframe to support smooth procedure execution; * Monitor deliveries and promptly notify involved teams—including Authorization, Scheduling, and other clinical support areas—of potential delays, enabling timely corrective actions; * Monitor emails; * Receive, inspect, store, identify, register in TASY system, label, dispense per patient account, in compliance with current sanitary regulations and internal quality criteria for traceability; * Collect unused OPMEs from departments, verify against expenditure sheets, and return unused items to suppliers; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Prior experience handling OPMEs and/or surgical materials in similar roles within a hospital setting, including familiarity with TASY system routines. **Knowledge:** Understanding of OPMEs and/or surgical materials, TASY system, ANVISA regulations, inventory control, and basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** **Schedule:** 08:00–17:00 (Monday–Friday) \- 1-hour break / 08:00–12:00 (Saturday). **Salary:** R$ 1\.865,00 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay).
