Job Summary:
An Agricultural Machinery Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining agricultural machinery, performing earthmoving services, and ensuring equipment preservation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Operate agricultural machinery by activating controls to plow, harrow, and cultivate soil using mechanical means,
* Perform earthmoving services such as removal, distribution, leveling of surfaces, cutting of embankments, finishing, and others.
* Monitor control panels and instruments;
* Inspect machinery for abnormal noises;
* Check water and oil levels and air filter conditions;
* Verify belt tensioning and replace tires when necessary;
* Grease bearings, gears, and bushings;
* Wash machinery, clean air filters, change oils and filters, occasionally refuel tractors with diesel fuel in the field, add water to tires and batteries, calibrate tires, and store machinery;
* Ensure preservation and cleanliness of machinery, accessories, and tools used in task execution;
* Use personal protective equipment (PPE), including goggles, ear protectors, masks, boots, and gloves;
* Signal hazardous areas;
* Confirm machine shutdown, cover belts, chains, and rotating motor parts;
* Engage stationary agricultural machinery;
* Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are specific to this position.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum Education: High School Diploma
* Heavy machinery operator training course; SGMASS;
* Driver’s License: Category B
* Basic Mechanical Knowledge.
* Agricultural Machinery Operation;
* Negotiation with Landowners to Secure Machinery Access;
* Defensive Driving and Piloting;
* Chainsaw Operation;
Preferred Qualifications
* Driver’s License Category D
