Job Summary: Assemble, disassemble, and clean aluminum formwork for concrete walls, following detailed specifications and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in assembling and disassembling aluminum formwork. 2. Performs layout marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of formwork. 3. Works on assembling concrete walls, ceilings, and façades. Execution of layout marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum formwork for concrete walls. For the first assembly, follow the apartment's color coding and numbering; separate corner panels and two standard panels, apply form release agent, then install pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; thereafter, simply follow the numbering sequence until all walls are closed. Install EQLS (radies and pinning) to begin ceiling assembly. Install ceiling panels (FL) according to project modulation and immediately shore the ceiling with props. Pass wall-mounted brackets to assemble the exterior, then install sleeves and commence façade assembly.
