Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **JOB SUMMARY:** Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies and generally minimize material costs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**✅ Lead material planning and procurement, ensuring alignment with production requirements and the Master Production Schedule (MPS). ✅ Manage the purchasing and material planning (MRP) process, ensuring input availability, inventory efficiency, and operational continuity. ✅ Develop and strengthen supplier relationships by monitoring performance, quality, delivery, and cost metrics, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. ✅ Coordinate processes related to engineering changes (ECN), obsolete material management, excess inventory, and non-conformances, minimizing financial impact on the business. ✅ Negotiate and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contracts, corporate policies, and supply chain strategies. ✅ Collaborate with internal departments—including Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance—to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and logistics optimization. ✅ Ensure data integrity for planning and procurement activities, supporting strategic decision-making and efficient inventory management. ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, and/or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in National and International Procurement. Preferred experience in Procurement within the Electro-Electronic Industry. Advanced knowledge of Logistics and Production Planning. Fluent English.
