Construction Engineer or Architect (Temporary)

Job Summary: Manage retail construction projects, applying Lean Construction principles, controlling weekly planning, and performing budget analysis and supplier negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on full-time project management and optimization of costs and timelines. 2. Application of Lean Construction and continuous improvement of procedures. 3. Experience in retail construction project management and problem resolution. You will join the **Construction Team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Anticipate deviations from objectives and propose solutions with a balanced view of cost, benefit, quality, timeline, value, and safety; * Full-time site management; * Verify and validate execution procedures, approved materials, and scope of work on-site; * Conduct weekly construction control and planning using Lean Construction; * Manage economic controls related to actions under your responsibility; * Budget analysis and supplier negotiation; * Follow METHOD FAST procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with applicable environmental operational controls for your area of activity; * Responsible for keeping action tracking records for your areas up to date; * Perform the above activities with the ability to resolve highly complex problems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is desirable; * Valid CNPJ registered as a Microenterprise (ME), with active and regular registration status; * Availability to start immediately; * Minimum 3 years of experience in retail construction project management; Temporary contract period: 05/15/2026 to 09/11/2026\. * **Additional Information** Employment contract with an approximate duration of 115 days.
