**ABOUT THE POSITION** AGROAM is seeking a **Store Manager** to lead one of our units. You will be responsible for coordinating the store team and departments, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of targets. Practical retail experience and willingness to develop in management are highly valued. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate the store team and departments, assigning tasks and guiding staff * Monitor sales, inventory, purchasing, and performance metrics * Train and develop staff to achieve targets * Conduct and participate in in-store sales activities, fairs, and events * Manage inventory through stocktaking and ensure proper product restocking * Develop and execute strategies to meet commercial targets and increase revenue * Ensure excellence in customer service and foster customer loyalty * Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvements * Attend executive meetings to report results * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations * Maintain store organization and cleanliness * Resolve conflicts by seeking solutions beneficial to both the team and the company **WHAT WE SEEK** **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields) * Retail experience (e.g., as a salesperson, supervisor, or in other roles) * Experience leading teams or willingness to assume leadership responsibilities * Basic knowledge of inventory control and target management * Proactivity and eagerness to learn about management * Results-oriented profile **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in agricultural machinery or agribusiness sectors * Customer service experience * Familiarity with management systems
