Maintenance of hygiene standards and professional confidentiality **Job Mission** Provide discreet, courteous, and efficient customer service by delivering food and beverage services in guest rooms, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive food and beverage orders via telephone or internal system; * Prepare trays and trolleys according to orders; * Deliver orders to guest rooms discreetly and courteously; * Verify orders prior to delivery to ensure quality and presentation; * Collect trays and utensils after consumption; * Assist with organizing and cleaning the pantry and support areas; * Monitor consumption, report shortages, and assist with inventory control; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures; * Maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality regarding guest information. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Customer service experience (a plus); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Efficiency, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; * Commitment to hygiene standards and discretion.
