Contributes to ensuring the stability, availability, and usability of corporate systems by performing low-to-moderate complexity tasks under supervision. **ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide support to Application Analysts in maintaining, operating, and continuously improving corporate systems. * Handle initial incidents and business application requests, ensuring proper logging, categorization, and escalation. * Conduct preliminary analysis of errors, logs, and system behavior, reporting findings to the responsible analyst. * Assist in application testing (basic functional tests, guided test scenarios, post\-implementation validations). * Contribute to the creation and updating of technical and functional documentation, such as work instructions, user manuals, and simple process flows. * Support data verification, integrations, master data entry, and configuration tasks upon analyst request. * Monitor system routines, integrations, and health dashboards, reporting anomalies. * Perform minor operational adjustments in applications, per permissions and guidance from Junior/Senior Analysts. * Assist in implementing new features/systems, including environment preparation, test execution, and initial user support. * Participate in internal training sessions and assist in training end users on simple functionalities. * Maintain clear and positive communication with users, internal teams, and vendors. * Strictly adhere to internal security, compliance, and quality procedures.
