We seek a professional to serve as a Workshop Controller, supporting company performance while delivering high-quality, excellent service. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assign services according to the specialties of production staff; * Conduct test drives before and after service completion; * Ensure service quality for customers; * Monitor service quality indicators; * Understand the technical competencies of production staff; * Mediate workshop-related matters between technical consultants and the workshop supervisor; * Comply with and enforce established processes; * Monitor and organize the evolution of the workshop’s service assignment board; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Driver's license "C" or "D"; * Basic Mechanics. #### **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass.
