Job Summary:
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining systems and equipment, and implementing security and data recovery procedures.

The IT Technician will be responsible for:
* Opening, handling, and tracking 'service tickets' according to the work methodology of their department.
* Performing maintenance on Administrative Management Software (RIS) and imaging software (PACS) within the company's operational environment.
* Identifying the need for software updates to enhance and optimize available resources.
* Identifying equipment issues, testing them, and researching solutions to ensure normal operations across all company departments.
* Implementing database access security procedures and ensuring proper use of information, based on parameters defined jointly with management.
* Implementing recovery procedures (backup, recovery, and restart) in case of system failures, aiming to ensure physical and logical database integrity.
* Supporting system implementation, distributing application software, and verifying its performance to stabilize production routines.
* Complying with quality requirements in response to internal needs and standards;
* Performing tasks as requested by leadership and according to company needs.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (a university degree is a plus);
* Technical course in Information Technology.
