Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system; Assist with daily operations of the commercial department; Provide customer service; Monitor reports; Prepare spreadsheets and manage files; Monitor ongoing departmental processes; Receive and send documents; Perform other tasks related to the position, as determined by the supervisor; Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; Understand and comply with regulatory procedures applicable to one's activity and department; Organize individual or shared workplace. 251108020218972847
