




We are looking for a **Personnel Department Analyst** to join our team! This professional will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of labor processes, acting with attention to detail and focus on compliance with legal regulations and deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Execute hiring, termination, and personnel movement processes; * Perform timekeeping closure, vacation calculation, 13th salary, and termination settlements; * Carry out payroll processing and social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Keep employee records and documentation up to date; * Handle eSocial requirements and other ancillary obligations; * Support employees in resolving questions related to payroll and benefits; * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields; * Previous experience in the Personnel Department area; * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines; * Proficiency in HR management systems; * Intermediate Excel skills.
