Perform weighing, shaping, and fermentation of dough. Control oven time and temperature. Bake products according to company standards. Monitor product quality, texture, and appearance. Organize production according to daily demand. Manage inventory of ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, etc.). Maintain departmental organization and sanitation. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Assistant Baker, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
