The ideal candidate should have strategic vision, negotiation skills, and analytical ability to propose innovative solutions aligned with market needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan strategies: Define target audience, select social media platforms where the brand should be present, and determine how the brand will operate on each platform; * Create content: Choose images and formats, design posts, and define publishing frequency; * Schedule posts: Develop a posting schedule to meet customer needs; * Monitor and analyze metrics: Analyze reach, engagement, comments, likes, and direct messages; * Control the distribution of promotional materials at sales points; * Engage with the audience: Respond to comments and messages, and maintain relationships with current and potential customers; * Adjust strategies: Based on monitoring, make necessary adjustments to achieve expected results. **Required Qualifications:** * Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in **Social Communication, Advertising, Publicity, Public Relations, or Business Administration**; * Knowledge of administrative routines; * Profile committed to processes and commercial accountability; * Team management experience; * Strong oral and written communication skills.
