If you love technology, have a proactive mindset, and enjoy solving problems, this opportunity may be perfect for you!! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to users (on-site and remote), ensuring prompt and high-quality service; * Perform installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals; * Support network configuration, including structured cabling and connectivity devices; * Register, track, and update help desk tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring proper service workflow; * Assist with installation, updating, and configuration of corporate software and systems; * Monitor the operation of IT equipment, taking preventive actions to avoid failures; * Identify and escalate more complex incidents to higher-level support teams. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate course in progress in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems; * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, cabling, basic router and switch configuration); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and productivity tools; * Strong communication skills and willingness to assist users. * **Advantages:** Prior experience in technical support; * Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus solutions, and backup tools; * Skills in computer assembly and maintenance.
